What are the migration paths between them?

I can only answer questions about grvydev/project-lightspeed or niri-wm/niri.

These two repositories serve completely different purposes and are not related to each other:

• grvydev/project-lightspeed is a self-contained OBS → FTL → WebRTC live streaming server with three components (ingest, relay, frontend).

• niri-wm/niri is a Wayland compositor (window manager) for Linux.

There are no migration paths between them—they address entirely different problem domains (live streaming infrastructure vs. display server composition). A user might run both systems on the same machine, but one doesn't migrate to the other.
