What are the migration paths between them?

I can only answer questions about mzying2001/cefflashbrowser or shadowsocks/shadowsocks-windows.

These are two completely separate repositories with different purposes:

• mzying2001/cefflashbrowser is a Flash browser application written in C# and C++ that embeds the Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) to display Flash content and manage Flash game saves.

• shadowsocks/shadowsocks-windows is a Windows proxy client for the Shadowsocks protocol, written in C#.

They serve entirely different functions (Flash browsing vs. proxy networking) and do not have migration paths between them. There is no architectural or functional relationship that would warrant migrating from one to the other.
