Web service: cd chineseocr_lite && python backend/main.py (listens on 8089). CLI: chineseocr test_imgs/res.jpg or python -m chineseocr_lite test_imgs/res.jpg. Output: stable JSON with text, bounding boxes, and confidence scores.
