Prerequisites: macOS 14.2+, Xcode 15+, Node.js 18+, Cloudflare account, and API keys from Anthropic, AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs.

Worker (development): cd worker && npx wrangler dev runs the local proxy. Worker (production): cd worker && npx wrangler deploy pushes to Cloudflare. App: Open leanring-buddy.xcodeproj in Xcode, set the Worker URL in configuration, and press Run (or ⌘R) to launch on macOS.
