How to start and run it

cd sway
rustup default stable
export PATH="${HOME}/.cargo/bin:${PATH}"
cargo build
cargo run --bin forc -- --help

This requires Rust stable installed via rustup (https://www.rust-lang.org/tools/install).

Development build: cargo build from repo root. Run compiler: cargo run --bin forc -- --help. Run tests (inferred from forc-test presence): cargo test or forc test in a Sway project. No Makefile or npm scripts present; all builds go through Cargo.
