make amalgamate

For CMake-based projects that consume this library, add include/nlohmann to your include path or use the single-header single_include/nlohmann/json.hpp. No external dependencies to install; this is header-only.

This is a library, not an executable. To use it in your C++ project:

Include the header: #include <nlohmann/json.hpp>
Use the library: parse with nlohmann::json::parse(), serialize with .dump(), or directly construct objects via nlohmann::json constructor. To build and run tests locally, examine cmake/test.cmake and invoke CMake with test targets (exact commands require examining CMakeLists.txt and ci.cmake configuration).
