How to start and run it

Clone: git clone https://github.com/storytold/photocraft.git && cd photocraft. Install Rust 1.95+ if needed. Build: cargo build --release (or cargo build for debug). For web: requires Trunk (check apps/photocraft-web/Trunk.toml). For CLI: cargo build -p photocraft-cli --release. Verify with cargo check first to catch dependency issues.

Desktop: cargo run -p photocraft --release (or debug: cargo run -p photocraft). CLI: cargo run -p photocraft-cli -- [args]. Web (requires Trunk): cd apps/photocraft-web && trunk serve. Verify setup: cargo check --all to validate workspace and dependencies without full compile.
